Careers

Build with us.

Field, preconstruction, and project management roles across the Texas Triangle and Gulf Coast. We’re hiring for the kind of work where what you build actually matters.

Who we hire

We hire for capability and judgment, in roughly that order. The work we do — cold storage, data center, petrochemical, manufacturing — rewards people who know what they’re doing and have the judgment to know what they don’t. We’re less interested in years of service stickers and more interested in what someone has actually delivered.

Field crews build the work that operators run for the next 25 years. Preconstruction and project management teams make sure the work gets built right the first time. Both sides are equally critical, and both sides have a real career path inside the company.

Roles we hire

Field

Journeyman electricians

TDLR licensed journeyman electricians for commercial and industrial work. Cold storage, data center, manufacturing, and petrochemical scope. Travel may be required for Gulf Coast and out-of-metro work.

Field

Foremen & superintendents

Foremen running crews on commercial and industrial work, and superintendents managing project field execution. Experience with MV scope, switchgear installation, and PLC integration valued.

Office

Project managers

PMs managing electrical scope on $5M–$30M+ commercial and industrial projects. Coordination with GCs, design teams, owners, and field execution. RFI and submittal discipline, schedule management, and OAC participation.

Office

Estimators

Estimators producing AACE Class 4 through Class 1 estimates for commercial and industrial work. Real-cost estimating from current labor rates, current equipment pricing, and current utility coordination realities — not generic unit pricing.

Office

Preconstruction engineers

Preconstruction team supporting design-build and design-assist projects. Constructability review, value engineering, lead-time analysis on switchgear/generators/transformers, and coordination with the MEP engineer of record.

Office

Controls & commissioning

Controls engineers and commissioning technicians supporting PLC integration, BMS interfaces, and Level 1–5 commissioning on mission-critical and industrial projects.

What we offer

  • Real work. The projects we take are the kind where preconstruction discipline and field craft matter. We don’t do generic commercial fit-out with no technical content. Field crews are building cold storage, hyperscale data center, MV substation, and Class I Div 1 petrochemical scope.
  • Career path. We promote internally. Field staff move into foreman, superintendent, project management, and ownership roles. Office staff move into senior PM, preconstruction lead, and operations leadership roles. The people on our org chart five years from now mostly aren’t hired yet from outside — they’re people we’re hiring now.
  • Compensation. Competitive against the Texas commercial and industrial electrical market. Field wages benchmarked against TDLR scale and regional union prevailing rates. Office compensation benchmarked against the Texas Triangle market with annual reviews.
  • Benefits. Health, dental, vision. 401(k) with employer match. PTO. Continuing education and trade-license renewal support.
  • Safety culture. We work petrochemical and industrial sites where safety is the price of admission. The same safety discipline we apply on Ship Channel work is the discipline we apply on every job. We don’t cut corners on PPE, LOTO, or training because the buyer’s qualification system depends on it.
